The treadmill comes with 6 preset workout programs, a comfortable running surface that goes easy on your knee’s, feet and ankles whilst you run. The Bowflex series 3 offers a speed range of 0.5-10 miles per hour and its got easy to access quick keys for Jog, Walk and running speeds. The maximum user weight of this fitness machine is 250 pounds. Its perhaps one of the more affordable machines that bowflex have introduced into the market in recent times.
One of the things that we admired about the Bowflex series 3 treadmill was that it is solid and durable. Its also easy to setup and stores away conveniently when not in use. For those of you that don’t have much space in your living area, the Series 3 shouldn’t be too much of a problem. The machine folds up to a compact size measuring 41 x 35 x 66 inches.
