The Proform Trailrunner 4.0 treadmill is for you if you want an advanced type of workout. The iFit technology allows you to create your own type of workout and upload it to the internet in your own profile. You can modify the workout and as you do, the system can keep track of the changes you make thereby keeping an updated record online. Choosing from 32 program types keeps your exercise challenging every time you use the machine. Plus, a choice of various terrains powered by Google Maps gives you the feel of an outdoor run. Speed and incline changes at the swipe of a finger makes this treadmill easy to use. Adjustable cushioning system for a more comfortable workout is a must for anyone who exercises on a daily basis with different types of incline and speeds.

Training with Jillian Michaels is really a plus especially when you see how much weight the contestants on The Biggest Loser show looses. You’ll be motivated to workout longer to shed those extra pounds; which is why we love that extra-long tread belt. Makes it easier to move around especially as we listen to our favorite music from either our IPod or MP3 player that can be docked on the console.

We also like that as we run, we can interact with the online world by checking email, reading the news, and be updated with what our friends are doing. The three-person team assembly can actually start your workout. Storing it only takes one person thanks to the Easy Lift assist. That’s quite a lot for a treadmill of this price.
