The Sole F63 is one of those treadmills that features a simple design, with the emphasis being on quality with a great price tag included. The Sole F63 treadmill will deliver pleasure to you. You’ll enjoy working out in the comfort of your own home. It features built-in cooling fans, a built-in audio system so you can listen to music whilst you work out. Included also is a 2.6 horsepower duty motor, which can give you speeds of up to 10 miles per hour. The LCD display, shows different information such as your progress, speed, distance traveled, calories etc etc…

You can very simply check your workout progress with the F63′s bright LCD display screen. It comes with windows that show statistics such as time, distance traveled, calories, pulse and speed. One of the features we liked the most on this treadmill is the message window which offers scrolling messages that walk you through the treadmills features of the the workout you are performing. When you have finished up working on this machine, the sole f63 can fold up and be stored away easily, saving you plenty of space. The running deck measures in at 20 x 55 inches which should cater for people who are tall in size.

Enjoying My Workouts On This Machine

THE GOOD:

What I liked about this machine its its design and usability. I find it rather simple to program my workouts and its comfortable to workout on. I also found that its sturdy whilst I exercise on it which is important for me too. The motor is quiet too..

THE BAD:

The speakers on this machine are not very effective. Throughout my research online, I find that its very hard to find a treadmill that comes with good sounding speakers.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Before I actually went ahead and purchased this machine, I was doing some research on a few places online and here @ ItsAboutTreadmills.com. I was interested in getting a machine that was going to last the test of time. Something solid in structure, with an attractive design. I also wanted something that made little noise when I was using it. I've used other treadmills in the past and I'm not a big fan of those motors that sound too loud whilst I am exercising! I am one for watching the Tv and listening to my music as I workout.

The Sole f63 has lived up to its reputation... I am really happy with how this machine performs, looks and its functionality. Its perfect for me as I use it for jogging/walking and I am on it for about 30 minutes every second day. I've had my Sole f63 for about seven months now and can't complain too much. Another reason why you want to consider buying "Sole" is because of their warranty and because of their excellent reputation in the market. Whilst doing my research, I did find that people preferred using the Sole F80, which I believe is the next model up. I think its more for those who like to run and take their training seriously. If your interested in the sole f63 treadmill, Shop around.. at the moment of writing this review, Amazon have the best price for this machine.

Enjoying This Treadmill

THE GOOD:

Here are some of the good points to consider - Easy to setup, Plenty of workout programs to choose from, strong, sturdy build, neat design and comfortable to use. I have also enjoyed how the machine is quiet when I'm using it. The console is clear and concise

THE BAD:

My only real complaint so far about this machine is the fact that it's difficult to move around. Its strong and sturdy alright... but that comes at a cost for someone like me who's small and light in weight. Its difficult to maneuver.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

With a lot more good points then bad points about this machine, I would say that this treadmill is something that I would recommend. If you are looking for something of quality around the $1k mark, then the sole f63 is a treadmill to consider for sure.

REVIEW:

So what can I say about this treadmill? Well... All I can say right now is that I am enjoying using this machine and I am delighted I spent my money on a Sole Treadmill. Although it was a little expensive to to start with, I did go over my budget by about $150. I was a little apprehensive about going over my budget, but I was also thinking in the back of my mind... "This is a long term investment, pay good money upfront and you'll benefit from having a good quality machine to exercise on."

Using the machine has been a breeze... I find that the functionality is rather easy to get your head around. I'm not one for reading manuals, so I simply had a play around with my machine to get the hang of it. I also enjoy how quiet it is when its turned on... as I really dont like those machines that make a lot of noise through the running belt or motor. The 15% incline is perfect for me also as I like a steep challenge. That being said.. I havent actually gone as far as the full 15% incline yet! The fans that are built into the console, give off a nice, gentle, cool breeze.

So far... I'm not too impressed with how the treadmill is awkward for me to maneuver about the house. Its sitting in the spare room of my home and it wasnt easy getting it in their. If you do purchase this machine, just understand that this machine is a heavy piece of equipment and its not always easy to move around.

Good Stuff

Good Point 1.	The Sole F63 unit folds up and down very easily
Good Point 2.	The treadmill is very stable and durable when you are walking or running on it
Good Point 3.	The Sole F63 is very quiet in operation and easy to program to your needs
Good Point 4.	Comes with a decent size running deck measuring in at 20 x 55 inches in size
Good Point 5.	It comes with an ultra reliable and powerful 2.5 horsepower motor
Good Point 6.	To accommodate runners with balky joints, Sole added a low-impact, 1-inch phenolic deck
Good Point 7.	Our last good point about the machine is that it comes with a 6.5 LCD display screen which includes information on speed, distance traveled. calories burnt etc

Bad Stuff

Bad Point 1.	The cooling fans on this machine are not exactly adequate. They dont work as well as stated by the product manufacture
Bad Point 2.	The speakers are not great. But then again, its not a home entertainment system... its a treadmill
Bad Point 3.	We have noted that a number of consumers experienced electronic issues with this machine

So to come to a conclusion on this review, we believe that the Sole F63 treadmill is a good purchase for those of you wanting a solid, easy to use treadmill for your home gym. Throughout our entire research of this machine, we found that the vast majority of consumers that purchased this treadmill online have been very happy with it. Although some consumers have had some unfortunate situations with the treadmill breaking down after only a few months. But this only happened on rare occasions.

There were a few things that we admired about this machine. We like the fact that it’s fairly simple to assemble and it folds away nicely without any trouble when you don’t use it. The Sole F63 treadmill works quietly in operation and we like the good size running deck, which comes with the F63. It’s durable and solid in its design and you will notice that as you exercise on it. Unfortunately the cooling fans are not very effective on this machine. Its best to buy a separate cooling fan if you want something to cool you off as you workout. If you do decide to purchase the product, make sure you have a couple of people that can help you maneuver it when it’s delivered to your door, as its a heavy item.
