The Sole F80 treadmill is one of the best treadmills in the market. It has earned its reputation as one of the highest quality treadmills in its price range. The F80 has a strong 3.0 horsepower motor which can deliver speeds of up to eleven miles per hour. The treadmill has a cushion flex whisper deck that’s designed to protect your joints when exercising from excessive movement and its ability to decrease impact up to forty percent compared to running on asphalt.

The F80 contains many features and preset workout programs. It has a large stop switch for your safety, arm rest cooling fans and it folds way nicely into a compact space which locks securely in place. You can track your progress on this machine with its large 7.5 inch LCD display screen, which includes multiple screens for speed, incline, distance traveled, pulse etc. The incline of the machine itself is 15% and it comes with a generous 20 x 60 inch running deck. The console of the machine has built in speakers and also allows you to plug in your mp3 player. The maximum user weight capacity is 350 pounds and the treadmill itself weighs in at 250 pounds.

Above All.. I've Enjoyed Using This Machine

THE GOOD:

What I like about this machine is that its fairly easy to use and I was happy with the features and functions that come with this device. Its comfortable to workout on and I also enjoy how much space this machine offers in terms of running space.

THE BAD:

Please be aware that this machine is not easy to move around. Once you assemble it, you'll find it a challenge to move it around into different places in the house. I also thought that the assembly itself was difficult to accomplish. Thats my own opinion...

THE BOTTOM LINE:

I bought this machine as I have read a number of good reviews online from amazon to epinions and here on this site. If you are looking for a quality treadmill that's durable, easy to use and offers a number of function's to assist you in your workout, then you might want to consider this machine. Over all I am happy with this machine. I bought it for just under $1500 and struggled a bit to come up with the money. But I am serious about implementing a consistent cardio workout and I needed a machine that could offer me quality, you get what you pay for with this machine and I am happy I went ahead with purchasing this device, as its served me well!

Good Stuff

Good Point 1.	Our first good point About the Sole F80 would be the fact that its a solid, stable machine to workout on

Good Point 4.	The machine is quiet whilst in operation
Good Point 5.	It offers a generous running surface area measuring in at 20 x 60 inches
Good Point 6.	Comes with a lifetime warranty on the the motor, deck and frame
Good Point 7.	You can fold up the Sole F80 when you are not using it

Bad Stuff

Bad Point 1.	The built in speakers on this machine are of poor quality
Bad Point 2.	The Cooling fans on this machine are not every effective
Bad Point 3.	The instruction manual does not do a good job of explaining the functionality of this treadmill

Our Verdict:

The Sole F80 is certainly one of the best treadmill machines you can purchase on the market these days. Why do we say this? Well… the Sole F80 incorporates fantastic features and functionality. Its fairly simple to setup and it feels very solid and safe when you are running on it. When you are not using the Sole F80 treadmill, you can easily fold it up and store it away. We found that the machine’s cooling fans are a little disappointing. Don’t expect the fans to do a good job of cooling you off whilst you are running on this machine.

If you like playing music when exercising, the Sole F80 has built in speakers. The machine is solidly built, delivers a smooth exercise and has a healthy amount of features and functions to keep you focused on your fitness goals. Something you might find a little annoying is that the speed change is a little slow on the Sole f80. All in all, a great treadmill that pretty much matches the monster machines you see at your gym. Our favorite thing about the machine is that it comes with a large running deck which gives plenty of room to workout on. The pro’s out weight the con’s on this device and your purchase should be a satisfactory one.
