If your looking for a serious running machine, then the Sole F85 treadmill is a fantastic option for those who are serious about working out at home. This treadmill includes six work out program, similar to the Sole F80 treadmill. However, the heart rate programs are particularly valuable as they automatically calculate your recommended target range based on your age. With this in mind, it ensure a more effective workout for you. The tri-color LED display includes a message board to give you feedback on your exercise. It also tracks your time, calories, speed and distance traveled. The F85 folds conveniently when you are not using it and is locked securely in place, ready for your next run.

The treadmill comes with an impressive 3.5 continuous heavy duty motor. It can reach speeds of up to 12 mph and has an incline of up to 15%. Its simple to track your workout progress via its vibrant 9 inch LCD display screen which includes multiple windows for speed, incline, time, distance traveled etc. The F85 comes with two heart rate controlled workout options, which allows you to customize your workout. We like the spacious running deck which measures in at 22 x 60 inches (One of the largest running decks we’ve come across), and the built in cooling fans provide a bit of comfort whilst you exercise on this treadmill.

Good Stuff

Good Point 1.	The First good point about the Sole F85 is that the motor on this machine is very quiet when in operation

Our Verdict:

So what do we have to say about this Sole F85 treadmill. Well, in all honest truth, we found this to be a high spec treadmill machine. You can’t really go wrong with this exercise machine! If you want something that is as good as the treadmills you see in the Gym for your home, then seriously take a look at this treadmill. It’s simple to setup, sturdy in weight and is built to a high class using heavy steel. It has all the functions you desire in a treadmill. The assembly of this machine is rather quick and you should have it ready to go within and hour or two.

The speakers on the device are actually pretty decent and the motor on the machine is quiet when in operation. One of the things we didn’t like about the Sole F85 was that the speed change is a little sluggish, which can get annoying when your using this machine on a regular basis. As long as you take care of this machine, this treadmill could last years, which is why we believe that the Sole F85 is great treadmill to purchase as a long-term fitness investment.
